- 1 head butter lettuce, finely chopped
- 1 large handful arugla
- 1 large handful dill, diced
- 1 large handful parsley, diced
- 1 bunch green onions, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 cup feta, crumbled
- Optional: Avocado, pomegranate seeds, pumpkin seeds
Lemon Dill Vinaigrette
- ½ tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 lemons, juiced
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Directions
