Orders

Yep! We offer MultiShip options in checkout. When you reach the /cart page, check the box to 'Ship to Multiple Addresses.' You will be transferred to our MultiShip cart were you can select an address for each line item. Line items with the same address will group together as one "child order", and you will be charged only once per MultiShip order.

Use the steps below to add more addresses or items to your MultiShip order.

  1. Adjust quantity for the first recipient
  2. Select a Saved Address in the dropdown, or select New Address and enter this information; please note, UPS cannot deliver to PO Box addresses
  3. To add or remove delivery locations, use the + / x buttons at right and repeat Step 2 as needed
  4. Verify that all items and addresses are entered correctly and click CHECKOUT to continue.
  5. On the next page you will see each item and addressed listed separately for verification. Here you can enter a promo code, and any Gift Notes details for your shipments.
    • Include your recipient's email address so they will know wine is coming! Someone over 21 will need to be available to sign for delivery.

Please keep in mind that Free Shipping and other promotional minimums apply per address.

Free shipping and all other discounts apply per address. In order to qualify for free shipping, your purchase must be $129 or more shipping to the same address.

To process your own order with shipping to multiple addresses, add your items to your cart. On the cart page, select the "Ship to Multiple Addresses" checkbox to enter the Multi-Ship cart process.

  2. Select a Saved Address in the dropdown, or select New Address and enter the information
  3. Select an address for each line item. Line items with the same address will group together as an "order"
  4. To add or remove delivery locations, use the + / x buttons at right and repeat Step 2 as needed
  5. Verify that all items and addresses are entered correctly

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will need to contact UPS to make adjustments to the shipment. Create a FREE 'UPS My Choice®' account to update shipping information, schedule your delivery, and more delivery options.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. If you are dissatisfied with your In Good Taste purchase for any reason, please reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.

When shipping out your order, we do not include any sort of receipt, invoice, or packing slip that includes the pricing. To add a gift note to your order, click the box ‘Is this a Gift?’ in your cart, and enter your desired note in the space provided. Please be sure to click save once complete.

Once your order has been confirmed, we cannot make any changes to the billing address. However, reach out to our Customer Service team to have an addendum (note) added to your order of the correct billing address.

Products

We currently offer Curated Flights with 6 or 8 mini wine bottles. Please see the individual product pages for more information.

Our mini bottles are filled with 187ml (or roughly 6.5oz) of premium wine!

Our mini bottles of wine are best if enjoyed within 3-4 months, if unopened. Once opened, the wine should be consumed within a few days.

Unfortunately, we do not offer the option of self-curated (customized) collections at this time.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide wine collections with custom labels at this time. However, there is the option to have a gift note included with the wine collection. To add a gift note to your order, click the box ‘Is this a Gift?’ in your cart, and enter your desired note in the space provided. Please be sure to click save once complete.

Unfortunately, we can't say that our wines are vegan. While our winery does not use animal products when filtering and finishing our wines, we cannot guarantee that the vineyard/source followed this practice as well.

Unfortunately, our wines are not certified organic.

Wine is naturally gluten-free and we do not use gluten in the fining process. However, trace amounts of gluten may be found in wines aged in barrels that are sealed with wheat paste.

Yes, our wines contain sulfites. Our sulfite levels at bottling are 20-30 mg/L in the free SO2 form, and total SO2 levels in wines are 80-100 mg/L for reds and 100-120 mg/L for whites. The free SO2 levels decline quickly after bottling because of the introduction of some air at the time of bottling.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer any non-alcoholic beverages. However, please see our gift section for other non-wine gift options.

Once a gift card is purchased, a code will be emailed to the purchaser, who can then forward the email on to the recipient. The recipient can then go on our website and place the order, enter the code in the 'discount code' section, and the gift card should apply to the purchase. Unfortunately, our gift cards are not physical gift cards, and cannot be emailed directly to the recipient.

According to our winemakers, freezing temperatures in transit should not affect the quality of the wine. The wines may produce potassium bitartrate crystals, which occur naturally when wine is chilled. They can be surprising, but are completely harmless! Isn't science cool!

Shipping & Delivery

At this time we ship to all states within the domestic US, except Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Mississippi, Rhode Island and Utah. We do not ship internationally.

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

We typically ship orders out within 1-2 business days of receiving them. UPS transit time depends on what state it is shipping to, but can take up to 5-6 days in certain areas. We do also have an expedited (2 Day) shipping option as well.

Unfortunately, we do not offer an overnight shipping option at this time. However, we do offer an expedited (2 Day) shipping option.

Unfortunately, In Good Taste cannot guarantee that an order placed will arrive on or by any specific date or time, due to circumstances that may arise that are beyond our control.

If your order has been returned to sender, please reach out to our customer service team for further assistance. Please note that returned packages may be subject to a $30 restocking/reshipping fee.

Any reshipment of a package may be subject to a restocking/reshipment fee of up to $30. As a food item, when wine is returned we cannot send it out to another customer, because we do not know what it has been exposed to once it leaves our warehouse (heat, cold, etc.). The fee covers the cost of the new wine collection and the shipping charges to have the wine collection re-sent.

If your order has been damaged in transit, please reach out to our customer service team for further assistance. If possible, please provide us with pictures of the damage to assist with our damage claim with the carrier (UPS).

If your tracking number states that your package has been delivered, but it has not been received, it’s possible that it was delivered to a neighbor, mail room, or manager’s office. If you have checked these areas (if applicable), and you are still unable to locate your package, please reach out to our customer service team for further assistance. Reach out to our Customer Service team to complete this request.

Events

For in-person events, we require a minimum of 25 people/Curated Flights. Virtual and hybrid events do not require a minimum number of people to attend, however there will be a $75 fee tasting events with fewer than 6 Curated Flights purchased. If your group has 6 or more wine flights ordered, the tasting is complimentary.

We recommend booking your event at least 14 days after the wine order has been placed to ensure all recipients have received their Curated Flights and had a chance to procure food pairings and chill their wines. To book your event, visit our Wine Tastings & Events page and click ‘Book Your Tasting’. Please note that for tasting with less than 6 flights ordered, there is an additional $75 fee for the tasting.

For private tastings, only one person from your group (the host) will need to book your tasting slot. The invitation confirmation can then be shared with other group members.

If your group has less than 6 wine flights ordered, there is an additional $75 fee for the tasting. If your group has 6 or more wine flights ordered, the tasting is complimentary.

We recommend that you place your order approximately 2 weeks before your event is scheduled. This will allow enough time for the order to be processed and shipped out, and to arrive to each of the recipients.

Use our bulk order form, complete it with the recipient's information, and upload it at the same link about 14 days before the event. We will process it and email you an invoice with a link to pay the invoice.
