Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Yep! We offer MultiShip options in checkout. When you reach the /cart page, check the box to 'Ship to Multiple Addresses.' You will be transferred to our MultiShip cart were you can select an address for each line item. Line items with the same address will group together as one "child order", and you will be charged only once per MultiShip order.

Use the steps below to add more addresses or items to your MultiShip order.

  1. Adjust quantity for the first recipient
  2. Select a Saved Address in the dropdown, or select New Address and enter this information; please note, UPS cannot deliver to PO Box addresses
  3. To add or remove delivery locations, use the + / x buttons at right and repeat Step 2 as needed
  4. Verify that all items and addresses are entered correctly and click CHECKOUT to continue.
  5. On the next page you will see each item and addressed listed separately for verification. Here you can enter a promo code, and any Gift Notes details for your shipments.
    Include your recipient's email address so they will know wine is coming! Someone over 21 will need to be available to sign for delivery.


Please keep in mind that Free Shipping and other promotional minimums apply per address.

How do I qualify for Free Shipping?

Free shipping and all other discounts apply per address. In order to qualify for free shipping, your purchase must be $129 or more shipping to the same address.

Can I order and ship to different addresses?

For large orders, contact our Sales team for assistance.

To process your own order with shipping to multiple addresses, add your items to your cart. On the cart page, select the "Ship to Multiple Addresses" checkbox to enter the Multi-Ship cart process.

  1. Adjust quantity for the first recipient - use the pull down menu under Quantity to split the order into separate lines
  2. Select a Saved Address in the dropdown, or select New Address and enter the information
  3. Select an address for each line item. Line items with the same address will group together as an "order"
  4. To add or remove delivery locations, use the + / x buttons at right and repeat Step 2 as needed
  5. Verify that all items and addresses are entered correctly

Please note: Free Shipping offers and other promotions with order minimums will apply per shipping address.

How can I change my shipping address?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will need to contact UPS to make adjustments to the shipment. Create a FREE'UPS My Choice®' account to update shipping information, schedule your delivery, and more delivery options.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. If you are dissatisfied with your In Good Taste purchase for any reason, please reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.

This is a gift – will there be a receipt in the package?

When shipping out your order, we do not include any sort of receipt, invoice, or packing slip that includes the pricing. To add a gift note to your order, click the box ‘Is this a Gift?’ in your cart, and enter your desired note in the space provided. Please be sure to click save once complete.

Who ordered this for me? There was no note.

Can I change my billing address?

Once your order has been confirmed, we cannot make any changes to the billing address. However, reach out to ourCustomer Service team to have an addendum (note) added to your order of the correct billing address.
