Yields: 1 Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread (gluten-free if needed)
- 3 slices of cooked bacon
- 1 leaf of green leaf lettuce, rinsed and dried
- 1 small tomato, stem removed
- ½ a small avocado, pit removed
- A dollop of mayonnaise (about ½ tbsp, optional)
Instructions:
- Toast the bread (optional): Toast the bread in a toaster if you prefer it crispy, or leave it untoasted for a softer sandwich.
- Prepare the avocado: Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh out and mash it with a fork. Spread the mashed avocado evenly on one slice of bread.
