Smoked Salmon Toasts

Elegant, light, and perfect for entertaining, these Smoked Salmon Toasts are a sophisticated appetizer that pairs beautifully with La Pluma Sparkling Rosé. The bubbly, crisp notes of the rosé cut through the richness of the salmon, while subtle hints of fruit enhance the flavors of creamy cheese and fresh herbs on the toast.

Ingredients:

  • 6 slices baguette, toasted
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
  • 4 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • Capers, for garnish (optional)
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Steps:

  1. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, lemon juice, and chopped dill until smooth.
