Peach & Prosciutto Crostini

These Peach & Prosciutto Crostini are light, elegant, and perfect for festive gatherings. The juicy sweetness of fresh peaches and the savory saltiness of prosciutto pair beautifully with the bright, lively flavors of the 2024 Wild Child Rosé, creating a bite that’s refreshing and sophisticated.

Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1–2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
  • 6–8 slices prosciutto
  • 4 oz fresh goat cheese or ricotta
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • Honey, for drizzling

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush baguette slices with olive oil and toast for 5–7 minutes until golden and crisp.
  2. Spread a thin layer of goat cheese or ricotta on each toasted slice.
  3. Top with a slice of peach and a piece of prosciutto.
  4. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and drizzle lightly with honey.
  5. Serve immediately alongside the 2024 Wild Child Rosé.
