12oz Whole Milk Ricotta
Pinch of sea salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp orange juice
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp orange zest
1 tsp honey
2 avocados, pitted, skin removed, and thinly sliced
2 oranges, skin removed, thinly sliced
Baguette or your favorite bread thinly sliced
