Roast Turkey Breast with Herb Butter

A succulent Roast Turkey Breast with Herb Butter makes for a classic, comforting centerpiece. The Balance of Powers White Wine Blend pairs beautifully with this dish—its crisp pear, honeysuckle, and lime notes complement the tender, flavorful turkey while its bright acidity cuts through the richness of the herb butter. Together, they create a fresh, balanced, and elegant pairing perfect for holiday meals or any special occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 2–3 lb boneless turkey breast
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix softened butter with rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper. Rub herb butter generously over the turkey breast.
  3. Heat olive oil in a roasting pan over medium heat, sear turkey on all sides until golden brown.
  4. Roast in the oven for 45–60 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
