Ingredients:

  • 2–3 lb boneless turkey breast
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Steps:
