If Pinot Noir is the light and juicy queen of reds, Cabernet Sauvignon is her bolder, heavier, meatier sister. Often referred to as just “cab,” it’s the wine of France’s Bordeaux and California’s Napa Valley. There’s nothing subtle about Cabernet Sauvignon—high in alcohol, full-bodied and robust, you can usually find this red served with a ribeye, New York Strip, or filet mignon (re: carnivores love cab). Classic cabs usually offer tasting notes of chocolate, coffee, and darker fruits like prunes and plums. The Unprecedented Cabernet Sauvignon is as classic as they come, and we highly recommend letting the bottle sit and mellow until your next red meat and potatoes dinner!
In Italian, Dolcetto means “little sweet one” however, as a wine Dolcetto is known to be a dry wine with lower levels of acidity. Our Dolcetto hails from Piedmont Italy, where this grape is primarily grown. Some say the people of the region wake up and have a sip of Dolcetto just to start their day!
Coming from a region most famous for Rose, this red wine cousin is a delightfully light, fruit, herbaceous treat. Often compared to the flavor of "garrigue", a French blend of aromatic herbs like rosemary, lavender, and thyme.

Wine + Chocolate Pairing
I don't normally write reviews but I bought my best friend the advent calendar package for Christmas and she loved it. It was fun with the emails that go with it everyday I got to share a little bit of the joy with her even though she is states away. She said it was well packaged and the variety of wines was amazing. She said it is one of the best presents she has ever received. Thank you for making the holidays so fun!
Not only are the wines adorable and the perfect size, but the chocolate options elevate the whole experience and make the wine that much more enjoyable!
I savor every sip of delicious wine and every bite of the creamy smooth chocolate. I am hooked!! I don’t want it to end! Definitely worth the expense.
This was the perfect gift for one of my associates that just bought a new home. A great way to break in the house. She loved it!
I gifted this set to a friend. Here's what she said after she shared the contents with her family on Christmas:
The six wines and chocolate pairing were awesome! The wines tasted great and were very well paired with the chocolates. It was nice to have a bite of something sweet while drinking the wine. It was such a fun gift to receive!
The 101. The Hollywood sign. The sheer volume of kale smoothies. California is known for a lot of things, but perhaps its most popular product is its wine. Our California Wine Mixer tasting flight has all the greats and then some; Rosé, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay are the celebrities you’ll recognize right away, but you might spot some surprises in this flight, too. That’s California for you—you never know what you’ll get!
Picture this: a day trip to Italian vineyards, sampling all the finest wine followed by the same in the French countryside. Sounds like a dream, right? If an international flight isn’t on the horizon for you, this flight of Italian and French wines is the next best thing to actually being there. The collection features eight classic wines from both countries so you can make your way through this pourable postcard from the comfort of your couch!
Unique. Extraordinary. Unexpected. This tasting flight is for those who are intrigued by the more uncommon side of life; those who appreciate a Pinot Noir but want a little something more; those who enjoy a crisp white but with the kind of edge you just can’t put your finger on. Eight less traditional, highly intriguing wines create this tasting flight—it’s up to you to find out what kind of “weird” you like most.
For our Winemakers’ Selects series, our very own winemakers, Matt and Neely, have selected some of their favorite wines from around the world and created a delightful sampler that ranges from crisp whites to full-flavored reds. We don’t typically play favorites and neither do they, but there’s an exception to every rule, and this collection is just that. Sip on our winemakers’ top picks to experience what they consider highly-sippable and check back each quarter for new selections!
