Jalapeño Popper Dip

Turn up the heat and the flavor with this creamy, cheesy Jalapeño Popper Dip. Perfect for December "game days", casual gatherings, or any time you want a little kick with your snack. The smoky spice of the jalapeños pairs beautifully with the bright, zesty notes of a jalapeño-infused Spicy Rosé, creating a sip-and-dip experience that’s impossible to resist.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2–3 fresh jalapeños, seeded and finely diced (keep seeds if you like it extra spicy)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2–3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
  • ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • Fresh chives or parsley, for garnish

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, mozzarella, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Spread mixture into a small baking dish (8×8 inches works well).
  4. In a small bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle evenly over the top. Add crumbled bacon if using.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped chives or parsley before serving.
  7. Serve warm with crackers, tortilla chips, or sliced baguette and sip alongside your jalapeño-infused Spicy Rosé.
