La Pluma Sparkling Rosé

Sparkling rosé is joy made drinkable, and this one takes that responsibility seriously. Salmon-pink in the glass, with a fine, lively mousse that rises in elegant streams. Wild strawberry and raspberry lead the nose, fresh, bright, genuinely delightful. The palate is off-dry and generous, a little fuller than you expect, with a creamy mid-palate that softens all the edges.

The finish is clean and berry-kissed. It's a wine for the first pour of the evening. For toasts. For no reason at all.
