Grilled Peach and Burrata Salad

Caramelized grilled peaches and creamy burrata sit on a bed of peppery greens with a drizzle of honey and balsamic. Balance of Powers Rosé brings strawberry brightness and crisp acidity that echo the fruit's sweetness while cutting through the richness of the cheese.

Ingredients

  • Peaches, halved and pitted
  • Burrata cheese
  • Arugula or mixed greens
  • Prosciutto (optional)
  • Honey
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Olive oil
  • Flaky sea salt
  • Fresh basil
  • Pistachios

Steps

  1. Brush peach halves with olive oil and grill cut-side down over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes until caramelized. Set aside.
  2. Arrange greens on a large platter.
  3. Tear burrata over the greens and nestle grilled peaches around it.
  4. Add prosciutto if using.
  5. Drizzle with honey and balsamic glaze. Season with flaky salt and top with fresh basil & pistachios.
