Colton is a Washington, DC-based wine enthusiast and Tasting Host. Since joining the In Good Taste team in 2021, he has led over 500 virtual wine tastings!
Margaret brings real world experience to her tastings from her travels to famous wine regions like Australia, New Zealand, Mendoza, Chianti, and Champagne!
Ingrid's passion is food and wine pairing. As a wine educator, she believes there's a place for everyone in wine regardless of background or education.

How much does a tasting cost?
- Tastings start at $65 per guest. That includes a mini-bottle tasting kit for every guest, a live sommelier host, nationwide shipping, a dedicated event concierge and a personalized note per recipient. Volume discounts apply to larger groups — fill out the Get Pricing form and you'll have a quote within 1 business day.
What’s included in a tasting kit?
- For your Virtual Tasting, you will get one of our all star Tasting Hosts to take you on your journey, you will receive the wine kits shipped by us to your guests with your choice of our premium mini-bottles. You will receive a white glove concierge service to oversee your whole event!
How long is a tasting?
- Most tastings run 45–75 minutes, and we tailor the length to your agenda.
Which platforms do you use?
- Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet. We can join your meeting link or host the session on ours.
Who are the hosts?
- Every tasting is led by one of our sommeliers or event hosts. They guide your group through each wine with tasting tips, Wine 101 basics and trivia tailored to your team.
How many people can join a tasting?
- We can accommodate groups of all sizes—from intimate client gatherings of 10 to company-wide events with 500+ participants.
Do you only host virtual tastings?
- We mainly do Virtual Tastings, but there are times we can do in person, this can be discussed separately.
How far in advance should I book?
- The earlier the better, especially towards the holidays as we fill up quick, but a month or so in advance is helpful for you to gather guest info. We need 14 days turnaround once you send us the order form.
Where do you ship tasting kits?
- We can ship to everywhere in the U.S. except Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Mississippi, Rhode Island and Utah, No P.O. Box
How does age verification work at delivery?
- Someone over 21 will need to be available to sign for the delivery. Include each recipient's email address so they know the kit is on its way.
