Graphic Designer
About the role
We're looking for a Graphic Designer to own the look of our wines and our brand, from the label on the bottle to the box it ships in, the mailer in your mailbox, and the email and website on your screen. Your core focus will be wine label and packaging design, supported by digital, direct mail, video, and web design.
This is a hands-on role for a designer who loves making things and keeping a high bar for craft. You'll work closely with the Director of Marketing and the marketing team, manage the flow of design requests, and apply your creativity to the IGT brand.

Make label edits for vintage changes, new SKUs, and compliance updates, with accuracy and fast turnaround.
-
Design wine boxes, gift boxes, shippers, and other packaging.
-
Prepare print-ready files with correct die lines, bleeds, color specs, and finishes such as foil, embossing, and varnish.
-
Work with printers and label vendors on proofs and press checks to ensure accurate color and quality.
-
Coordinate label artwork with TTB and other compliance requirements.
3D mockups
-
Create realistic 3D mockups of bottles, labels, and boxes for internal approvals, sales presentations, and e-commerce.

Workflow and brand standards
-
Manage incoming design requests, set priorities with the Director of Marketing, and deliver on schedule.
-
Maintain brand guidelines, templates, and an organized library of final files.
-
Brief and review work from freelancers or printers when projects call for outside help.
