Marketing Operations Lead

About the role

We’re looking for a highly organized Marketing Operations Lead to keep our marketing engine running day to day. You’ll own the details that turn plans into finished work: influencer partnerships from brief to delivered content, maintaining the marketing calendar, scheduling email and SMS, and managing our organic social channels.

This is a hands-on execution role. You’ll work closely with our Director of Marketing and the marketing team. You’ll be the person who makes sure every deadline, asset, and send happens on time. If you love checklists, clean calendars, and seeing a campaign go out exactly as planned, this role is for you.

What you'll do

Influencer partnerships

  • Draft influencer agreements using company-approved templates, and track terms, deliverables, usage rights, and payment.

  • Write clear creative briefs covering key messages, product details, deliverables, deadlines, and brand guidelines.

  • Coordinate incoming influencer content: track deliverables, review for brand fit and required disclosures, and request revisions.

  • Organize and file approved content so it's easy to find and reuse across channels.

Calendar and campaign execution

  • Maintain the marketing calendar, adding content, launches, sends, and deadlines as they're confirmed.

  • Schedule email and SMS campaigns, check links, segments, and send times, and confirm everything goes out as planned.

  • Track tasks and deadlines across projects and flag anything at risk of slipping.

Organic social media

  • Plan, schedule, and publish organic posts across our social channels.

  • Monitor comments and messages, and respond or escalate as needed.

  • Share basic performance updates on what's working.

Inbox and communications

  • Manage shared marketing inboxes, including influencer, partnership, and general marketing inquiries.

  • Respond, route, and follow up so nothing falls through the cracks.

Video content

  • Edit short ad videos from existing footage for paid and organic social media.

  • Occasionally film yourself on camera with our products for ads and social content.

What you bring

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, influencer marketing, or a similar role.

  • Exceptional organization and follow-through. You manage many moving pieces without dropping any.

  • Strong writing skills for creative briefs, influencer communication, and social copy.

  • Experience scheduling email and SMS campaigns in platforms such as Klaviyo, Attentive, Mailchimp, or similar.

  • Hands-on experience managing organic social media for a brand.

  • Basic video editing skills in tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar.

  • Comfort appearing on camera with product.

  • Confidence working with project management tools and shared calendars.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

Nice to have

  • Experience in wine, spirits, beer, or another alcohol or CPG brand.

  • Experience with modern systems such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Attentive, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Youtube

  • Compensation: $95-$115k DOE
